Default What to use for "cruise" control?

A family member recently purchased a Heritage soft tail and plans an iron butt ride with me later in the spring. Just wondering what you riders use for cruise control on long distance rides. Thanks in advance for your input.

Plenty of options from a few$ to many$$. I use the Cruise-Mate and I like it. Locks the throttle easily and releases easily and while locked I can still make small adjustments as needed. It's not like full cruise control but it's not $750+ either.

What model? Could they simply back-fit the Harley cruise control?

I just hold my wrist in the same spot.

Cruise control leads to inattention IMO, I don't even use it on my cages.
