Default Crossbones Narrow Beach Bars on an 05 Springer FXSTS

Will the Crossbones narrow black 1" beach bar (56940-09) fit an 05 Softail Springer. HD's site says the bars only fit '08-later FLSTSB models and '05-'07 FLSTSC models. Why not on the FXSTS models?

Thanks!

Probably because of the fact they are black is why they don't list it for the FXSTS.

All the same front ends.. 1" difference in risers

Not buying it for that price, there, or anywhere else.

Jack Pot for me! I love beach bars but don't like the look of the 36" spread on my bike. 30.7" should be perfect. I'm gonna order a set to try out. If they workout OK I'll get em' chromed to match my springer.

Awesome, thanks for posting

Edit: I ordered them from New Castle H-D @ $59.66 + shipping. IMO that's pretty reasonable from H-D. Hell that'll usually only buy you a couple of their Tee-Shirts. Hopefully they'll show up next Friday. I'm looking forward to testing them out

The bars arrived today and I got em' on and went for a cruise. Very nice! The position is real comfortable to me and I like the look as well. I was planning to get them chromed, but after seeing them on the bike I'm digging the black. Now I'm highly considering just marbleizing them to match my tanks.

Screw it, decision made ... I'm matching them to the tanks. I can always chrome them later if need be.
