If you keep going through chain tensioners every year, then check your crankshaft runout.

I have a welded crank with minimum running. And run out does not effect inner tentioner that is the problem one.

I would use a geared cam then.

I don't know what would happen to cause this to be a continuous problem. If it happened once since you did the rebuild then I would have suggested making sure you didn't reverse the inner cam chain.

This thread has gone on for so long I don't remember the specifics but if you are still using a multi-link chain, my theory is that they are the problem and a standard roller chain is a better solution which you can have if you use the right parts.

The rear inner cam bearings fail due to heat I think.

Using synthetic oil seems to make a difference.

This thread is about my bike, and I am still having problems, I have about sixty k on the hybrid kit and have been in the cam chest ever year since it was put in.
Last time in to put in zippers tentioners to try and quiet it down.
Within the next week or so I am going to rip out the whole kit and going to the 06+ cam plate and the Andrews n series 21s.
Getting all my parts together as I write this.
I seem to be the only one having so much problems with this kit, so I am not going to condemn it, maybe I am just unlucky.
But good riddance.
Didnt know you were having heel with your motor. Damn shame. Hope you get it straightened out!
