Default Softail 96ci engine parts fit on a 103ci?

I found a guy with a 2010 Fatboy Lo and I have a 2012 Slim. I was considering buying his exhaust and maybe air cleaner cover and backing to put on my bike. Will these parts fit? I will probably only use the front portion of the exhaust and then buy V&H slip ons so I can have a full black exhaust. As for the AC I like the look of the oval football style cover vs the round one on my Slim. Since these parts are 'stock' I shouldn't need a retune? Correct?

Default Pipes

The pipes will fit but they won't work because of O2 sensor holes on your slim are 12mm. I have a black system off a Slim if you are interested. SE slip ons with 3 sets of baffles.PM if you need pics or more info.

They make O2 sensor adapter kits so that pre-2012 exhausts will fit on 2012 models
