Default Please help. 2008 Fatboy hard to start when engine is hot

I have a 2008 fatboy with HS slipons, stage 1 intake and VH fuelpak. after riding for 20 min Ii shut it off and try to re-start it sounds like the starter is having a hard time and the intake coughs. I have re mapped the fuelpak and that is fine. When I start it cold I have no trouble at all. If I am out and riding and let it cool down all is fine. Hot is the problem. and it happens ALL the time when hot.
Any advice Please!!

Check conections first then load test the battery. Also try to hit the starter before the fuel pump buzzes up. Could be a bad relay also. Do the simple stuff first.

I would take the fuelpak off and try that first. Then go to other things if it still has an issue. One way to find out if it's the tuner would be when hot crank it over when the fuel pump is buzzing, like click the run button then the start and if it starts easy then you have a tuner concern

Sounds like timing may be too far advanced......try retarding it a couple degrees......when to far advanced it will start cold perfect but when it gets hot it will sound like a bad batt

+1 on that...start with the battery connections then move on to the other suggestions.

I do have the extended warranty but I just don't trust Harley dealers as far as I can throw them.

I removed the seat and tightened up the battery connections. While the bike was running I pressed down on the fuse box very lightly because the cover looked loose. When I did the bike shut off. Did it 3 times.. WTF?

I had 3 loose fuses and had to pull the box and tightened the pins that grab the fuse but its a pain in the ***. If your not comfortable with it let someone else pull the box.
