I have a 1999 Heritage Springer. I need the Ultima part number for 16- 3.5 King Spoke 48 wheel. JIREH claims they are not available for Heritage Springer????

Well unfortunately you got a hold of somebody that didn't know what they were talking about. But fortunately they were wrong. I have them on my 97 Heritage Springer, which are the same wheels as yours.
