just changed oil tanks and noticed a very small oil leak on one of the oil lines going in to the tank, are there o-rings that can be replaced or do i need to get the QUICK CONNECT STUFFER, .375 DI part#63783-00

as long as the plastic clips aren't damaged, i would just replace o-rings as needed.
may need to pull the line to get a measurement of the o-rings.

i seem to recall having at least two different o-rings on those lines.

 

Yes, this is the best way to do it. That kit includes the 2 O-rings and the spacer needed for each line. That part number is only like $4. at your local dealer. I had the same problem after my Oil Tank swap, except I ended up with a pant leg full of oil on the freeway! They are super simple to replace, you don't have to remove anything from the bike.
