On my FLSTC, the frame rail for the rear fender have been cut... For a wide kit.. Where I can buy fender strut to come back to the stock wide. I dont want some chrome cover, I want a full fender strut.

You'll have to find a damaged frame with good struts or have a shop
fabricate a set since they are welded to a stock frame and are not a
separate part.
