Default What Kind of Exhaust Pipes are these for Rocker?

I am really wanting to find out who makes these pipes and any details on them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I believe those rims might be from Roland and Sands. They look familiar.

Those rims are similar to out black magic Shelby but not the same as they have the dots around the lip of the rim. Nice looking for sure.
