NEW PICS! :) (Brawler Solo Seat, Chrome Pully, Chrome Rotors, Michelin Commander II)
Did some new things to the scoot this past week. I added some Michelin Commander II's (front and back) and WOW, what a difference in the ride! It also helped that I had them balanced...which I'm sure wasn't done when I bought the bike. The tires were 7 years old so they needed to be changed and there were no weights on either wheel... now there is and the ride is AMAZING on these new tires. Also, no more handle bar wiggle on decel...its straight as an arrow with no movement at all.
I also added a Chrome Pully, Chrome Brake Rotors and I bought a Brawler Solo (and Pillion) from a user here (thanks Sagebrush1976!!!). I bought a Chrome Lower Belt Guard from a local indie but it doesn't fit so I am taking it back, which sucks. So I am going to try and find one and keep my swingarm black... I like the contrast with all the chrome behind the black swing arm.
I am loving the look of the bike overall... here are some pics...

Next on the list is getting my front fender closer to the tire. With the new Commander tire, the fender sticks up even more than it did with the stock tire (because its a little lower sidewall). But a local guy here said he would do it for $100. He comes to my house, measures it, sets it up to make sure I like where it fits, then drills the stock fender holes more so it makes it sit down lower. Not sure how to protect it from rust though where he drills and extends the holes, anyone know the best way?

Looking good man! Coming together as your bike! I would suggest a new front fender altogether. Take a look at a Jesse James Tombstone front fender. They are about $89. And need to be drilled then painted. But you get a fender that covers more tire, looks custom and hell it's a Jesse James!!
