I was even cheaper than that. I bought mine in August. Took it to a movie and parked in the sun. Drive home and they peeled right off. Why residue was left came off with my fingers.

Yes, I plan on doing air ride so i can raise or lower when wanted. Probably not for a while, I have a lot of other things to tackle first.

I am thinking about blacking out the chrome heat shields on the exhaust to get me by until I can buy a 2-1 that is black. Probably going to use some VHT like some here have.

I honestly havent looked into them yet, but I have been told they are available. Like it said its not going to happen any time soon, and that is why I haven't looked into it yet. If i was told wrong and there are not any air ride on a softail, then i will probably just lower it more.

Shotgun shock for air ride.

Man the slim is growing on me a lot. Love the retro pan head look it almost has. Toss some vintage grips on there too.

Default My Slim

I added a few goodies to my Slim recently. It's my only ride, so I needed the bags. I'm having a hard time finding the exhaust I want. Going for an older look....2 into 1 that finishes with a fishtail tip. Think I found a guy in Riverside, CA that can make it. We shall see.....

I decided to paint the heat shields this weekend. I think it turned out good. Just hope it holds up.

Anybody have a line on 180 tire/bobbed fender conversion kits? Due to the newness of the bike, is this something that has to be fabbed from scratch by a custom shop?
