Default My Softail Slim

This is my 2012 Softail Slim. I got it at the end of June and have over 4000 miles on it so far. This is my first Harley (and motorcycle) that I have owned. So far I have done the 1000 mile service, a set of Vance and Hines slip on mufflers, swing arm bag, some nut covers, and changed the top fork covers.

New upper fork covers installed:

Great looking bike. Consider 2:1 pipes, and more "glass like" signals. But hey.... Who am I right?

Looks like you pulled the fork reflectors - be glad... Otherwise, that would be the first comment.

Looks good!

I have been noticing the trend of pulling the reflectors from forks/fenders. I was looking at taking the ones off of my fenders the other day, but they appear to be stuck there pretty good. How would I get them off without damaging the finish...heat gun??
