Default Looking for multi-use rear rotor bolts

Do they make brake rotor mounting bolts that can be re-used? I know the ones that HD sell are supposed to be a one time use thing and replaced once they're removed. Problem is, I have to remove the rotor to be able to remove the rear wheel from the bike and I'd be a bit more satisfied if I didn't have to replace those bolts every time I needed a new rear tire.

Why does the rotor need to come off to remove the wheel or to change the tire?

Because if the rotor doesn't come off, the caliper can't be removed. 17x6 wheel on the rear of a Deuce.

Button head cap screws should work. They are at least grade 8 if you don't get stainless. If you get chrome ones, make sure they are of high quality manufacture. Something from Gardner-Wescott if possible.

I am using these 12 point bolts on my rotors and pulley. I have reused the rotor bolts 2-3 times. Call the owner and talk to him about it.
