Default Sooo Many Questions?.?.?.?.?.....

I'm considering a 21" front wheel for my 2011 Fat Boy Lo. I like the looks of the 140/70-21 because I think it keeps the "fat" look of the bike, also considering the 120/70-21. I have read all the threads I can find (so far) on 21" rims on the softail, and it seems that most folks use the lowering springs method of bringing the front end back in order. Have any of you guys used raked tripple trees to lower the front end of you bikes? My thought on this is it would give the bike more of a "kicked out" or "chopper like" look similar to the CVO Breakout. I looked at the specs on both bikes.
2011 Fat Boy Lo: Rake=31.6* Trail=5.8in. Front Tire=140/75R17
2013 CVO Breakout: Rake=37* Trail=5.7in. Front Tire=130/60B21
Now the questions begin (lol). Will a 4* tripple tree add 4* or is that just the correction at the bearings? Will it end up with more or less of a net change? Is there a calculator somewhere, or just the formula, so I can plug the numbers in and check my geometry? If I can get the trail number close to what it started out should I expect the same kind of handling the bike had before? Will I actually achieve a similar look to the Breakout or am I gonna end up with something totally different? My other questions have to do with the fender, I like the look of the stock one (call me crazy) but can it be raised to accommodate the 21" wheel or do I have to go aftermarket?
