I finally got to get the bike out with the new risers. I sat on the bike looked forward and noticed that the right side (throttle side) was lower than the left. It rode well and put the bars in a comfortable position, but I can’t get over the uneven look of it.

I measured the height from the top of the tree to the bottomof the bar directly beside the outside of the risers and found the right sideto be .100” lower.

Now that I have them on I would guess that the dealer will not allow them to be returned. I made an aluminum washer .100 thick to drop under the low side. I’ll put it in tomorrow and see how it works.

FTW, I got the polys from Drag Specialties. Part #59-4683. I contacted them and they said it was the right part for my bike. Wasn't worth the aggravation and cost of returning so they're sitting in my parts bin. If anyone wants them
they can have them for postage.
Still have those polys? Id take them off your hands.

Thanks

I added 6" risers on my Blackline a couple or weeks ago. Now I kind of wish they were 8". Oh well, I have to deal with it. They're tons better than stock bars.

I just did the 4" risers on mine and the only disappointment I see is when the bars are turned fully one way or the other the "tank lift kit" is out of the question....

Hi Warren9073, I was on this thread checking out the 4" Curved Riser
Part number 56269-09 but something in your picture caught my attention. It looks like you have a chrome Ram ball mount on your bars and looks like there is power going to it. What is that? I currently used a ram mount on my Fat Boy Lo to hold my phone/gps but I hate the way it looks. Thanks, John

That is weird. I put the same ones on my Heritage and they are rock solid. Wonder if the use of the RK bars might make a difference?

When I first installed mine they were crooked. Took some adjusting to get them centered just right. Loosen, adjust, tighten. A bit tedious but it's worth it.
