Default How do I remove these brackets?

I'm wanting to remove the saddlebag brackets if I'm not riding with them. How's it done?

Thanks...

Looks to me like you'd remove the peg, peg mount, and those should come right off. Looks like the peg mount holds them in place.

Feel behind the strut. there's a bolt head (at least on mine).

Well, I was thinking there was a bolt head, but I've put almost every size allen wrench and torx head I have in my tool box and nothing is fitting it.

it's a 2012 Hertiage

Are you removing the whole bracket denoted by your 2 fingers in the second pic? If so, it looks like the peg and peg mount need to be removed. Once the peg is off, there is a large torx holding the bracket to the frame.

Ya, could be reverse of mine. The bolt maybe through to peg side, And your frame is threaded.

yeah, want to remove the whole bracket I guess. Hummm. Ok, let me go remove the peg and see what's under there. I'll be back in a few.
