Default oil loss from sitting over winter

Checked oil before parking bike level for winter level was good. Went to get bike out this spring oil tank empty no oil or even spots on garage floor where whould have oil went? Could it somehow sipon to crankcase without pump pumping it? Thanks for any help

It most likely drained down into the case.
Crank it up and let it warm up, then check it again.
It should then cycle back up into the tank and the level should be normal.

Sumping - the others have it diagnosed, but, maybe you wanna know why not just what. Is it a TC or an Evo engine? I didn't see you specify. different causes for different engines.

Its probably sitting at the bottom of the pan.. Note, never let your bike sit without at least running her 1x a month.

It's in the case, fire her up, ride it, then recheck.
