25mm Touring Flush Axle
Got mine installed today with some help from 24v (thanks brother). Took all of 5 mins to install (hardest part was removing my stripped chrome accessory covers - POS HD screws).
Instructions are easy:
1) Loosen 2 bolts on the bottom of the right fork - Right side as your sitting on the bike
2) Loosen and remove bolt
3) Insert new bolt and screw it into the left fork flush cap (ensure you don't cross thread)
4) Tighten bolt (this will cause the left forks flush cap to pull into axles hole)
5) Insert right flush cap (apply silicone to ensure it doesn't fall out)
6) Tighten right fork bottom bolts (2 bolts on bottom)

I've had parts sitting in the garage for nearly a year now that needed to get installed so I decided to move forward with one of my projects this past week which is a new Heartland Front Fender. I paid $330 shipped to Cali last year when I bought it (military discount and free shipping within CA which was nice. Took it to my local powder coater and paid about $70 I think to have it coated in Gloss Black.
Anyway, here is the Heartland Breakout Front Fender before and after photos:
