2016 Heritage with a police seat. The seat is very comfortable on all day rides ~500 miles.
Used a Crossbones spring seat kit and trimmed the plastic seat fairing cover to fit the narrow rear fender. I found some shorter springs with a softer spring rate than Harley's.
I did go with the Mustang Solo not long after I posted my inquiry and have been loving riding but newsflash! I just traded my Softail Slim for a new Softail Heritage Classic in that teal/ white color combo. Getting it this Tuesday! I can't wait! Will post pics in another thread just as soon as I get it home.
I'm pretty sure the Mustang will fit on the new Heritage. You may want to swap it out and keep it.
was gonna say the same thing. the only company I have seen with a direct switch over is Ultimate. any of their dyna seats from '06 on up will do a direct swap.
I have the Corbin solo on my Deluxe and it is a great seat. I also installed the Corbin back rest. Nice style and it really take the stress of your arms when accelerating.
