Default Easiest Install Ever - HD 4" LCD Tach/Speedo

Doesn't get any easier then plug and play.

1) Remove two torx bolts
2) Unplug wiring harness
3) Remove tach/speedo
4) Remove rubber gasket and place on new tach/speedo
5) Install new tach/speedo
6) Plug wiring harness back in
7) Replace two torx bolts

To change colors etc, just follow the simple instructions. You can switch the LCD screen color, RPM color and needle color to over 600 color options. Oh, and you don't need a separate fuel sender unit/sensor either.

Nice mod. But can you see the tach without taking your eyes off the road?

How does it give the fuel level readout on your breakout without the addition if a fuel sender? Thanks

Did the dealer have to reset your mileage? Or is that stored in the ECU? Looks badass..

It uses the stock fuel sender unit. The Sportster is the only bike requiring a the use of a Fuel Sender because it doesn't come with one. All other bikes are pre-equipped with one installed.

Nope, just plug it in and your ECU tells it what the mileage was automatically.

Yes, it's actually easier to read then the stock tach/speedo. The stock unit showed the MPH with the needle and had the RPM's in the LCD portion. This unit is opposite. RPM's use the dial and LCD shows MPH.

What does this do to the "TRIP" button functionality?
