Before I bought the bike I had the apes picked out. I was always into metric bikes(due to being a salesman for them) and i stopped into a HD dealer in sturgis. Sat on a fatboy lo with 16" carlini's on it and it was over for me. I had never even riden a bike with apes and knew right there that I wanted it. Traded the yamaha raider off on my slim a few months later. ordered the bars before the paperwork was done on the bike.

Thanks man! Those are Bassani Prostreet sweeps. I bought the DK customs kit, because I like the way they look, I had used one prior to this on my sporty. Super simple project, but the fuel crossover was a pain in the *** (and messy)

Did you ever get a chance to get that photo. I'm about to pull the trigger on the tank lift and coil relocation from DK.

16 inch Carlini Gangster Apes (1.5). High Roller Risers. Ordered cable directly from Carlini(Barnett Stainless). I'm 5-10 3/4 and they sit just above my shoulders.

Did you have to re-wire or could you use the stock wiring with the 10" apes? I'm looking to add them to mine and I'm trying to price out the entire process and with bars, wiring, and new grips. Thanks
