Default question on oil cooler pressure

Just installed harleys oil cooler setup. I noticed the hoses are under alot of pressure you cant even squeeze them, i know the gasket and adaptor are aligned right. Is this normal, is the cooler working at full engine oil psi. I guess im just uncomfortable with rubber hoses versus ss braided teflon..

I'm sure the rubber hoses are up to the task.

I too have the Harley oil cooler setup. Zero issues to date but it was just 1 more reason why I also installed an oil pressure gauge. I went with Harleys digital pressure gauge.

I hate how my fat boy doesn't come with a gauge for oil pressure I might be adding one in this case

29 psi to 31 psi. It depends on what I'm doing and what the temp of the motor is. I have seen as low as 27 and as high as 32 again depending on conditions.
