Welcome to the forum, dental floss actually works very well to remove reflectors. After you get the reflector off, WD 40, Goo Gone and other products help get rid of the foam / mounting adhesive without harming the finish.

I just helped a buddy of mine do this very thing. Sit the bike out in the sun, long enough to drink a beer...or two.
Put something under the edge of the reflector; your finger, pocket knife, plastic putty knife...whatever you're confident in using that won't scratch the paint in the event you screw up.
Pop that sucker off.
Rub any leftover goo off with your fingers.
Viola!

Food for thought, when I pulled my reflectors I also pulled those ugly stickers off of the front of the frame too. I don't need a "warning label" on my bike and the frame and motor has the vin numbers stamped into them so I don't need that sticker either. It looks MUCH cleaner with all of that crap gone.
