I have a 2013 Harley blackline and am thinking of putting some vance and hines exhaust on it. what all do I need beside the pipes to make it work. I heard something called a power commander or something. Im not sure.

 

Go to fuelmoto.com and order the whole thing ... Exhaust , Power vision and air cleaner .... comes as a package deal ... Great service as well ... And the blackline looks great with the Big Radius Vance and Hines pipes .... Give them a call and they will help you out ...

If all you're putting on is pipes, you don't "need" a tuner. Specially on a '13. The newer ECMs will adjust to some changes. If you go with an open type air cleaner set-up, a tuner from FuelMoto as mentioned above is a good idea, but not absolutely necessary.

 

I installed V&H slip ons and I had a lot of decel pop. You may or may not need one based on the pipes. I say buy the exhaust and see how it goes first, then only buy a fuel tuner if it needs it.
