Default New Oil Blowby

Hi! I have a '96 Fatboy with 96" S&S motor, 640 S&S cam, Super E carb, Crane Single fire ign. and V&H big shot longs. I just had the header Jet Hot coated and added V&H Quite baffles. After doing this I'm getting oil blowby. Never a problem before. I just did oil change but oil is at same level as before. I didn't think I'd have this problem just increasing back pressure. I know this is pretty vague, but any advice or experience w/ this topic? Thanks for your help.

Back pressure in the exhaust has nothing to do with the breather system.

Make sure that the scavenge oil hose is not kinked.

Did you use an oil filter for an Evo?

Oil level about 1/2" to 1" below the bottom of the filler neck on the tank.

Keep your oil level at just above the 'add oil' level and not full. Keep your revs up. By that I mean don't run slow in a higher gear, making that HD potato sound. If you need to be in a lower gear, downshift.

Lastly, you can line the bottom inside of your air cleaner cover with .... panty shields!
(don't laugh, it works. Just dont forget to change them)
