V-rod Wheel on Night Train
Hi, I have checked this site for the answer before and cant quite get a solid answer, so...
I have an "07 Night Train with the standard 21x2.15 rim and 25mm axle (I believe), but want to go with a wider front wheel, the V-rod has the 19x3" (I believe), will this bolt right on? what is the axle/hub size of the V-rods?
Thanks, Mike

It will not just bolt on... you will most likely have to move your primary drive out also which will require a little bit of work. Pretty sure the 240 wheel will not fit under the fender... not sure if that 240 will fit in that swing arm either... Checkout www.heartlandbiker.com and it will give some perspective on what you'll need (only an example of a 250 kit). That site also has the installation procedures to give idea...

Anyway, if the fender not fitting is the only issue, then that's not so bad. Was expecting to go with an aftermarket front fender anyway. I'm more concerned with axle, brakes, forks etc. anything that might need major modifications.
Any help is good. Thanks!
PS - I'm gonna stick with the 200mm rear, but want to get away from the bobtail look and switch to a rounded fender, and good/easy aftermarket ideas are appreciated.
