Default Fatboy Turn Signal Relocator

I just installed some HD hard bags on my wife's 2001 Fatboy. I had to rove the rear turn signal lamps because there was not enough clearance to open and close the bags. It does say however in the instructions turn signals have to be relocated on all models except Deluxe. What have you guys used to relocate or overcome this issue??

Thanks,

Try an easy brackets laydown license plate bracket. Runs about 75 or 80 bucks and looks great while getting the turn signals completely off of the fender.

Those brackets look cool - do you have to trim the wiring or does the excess fit behind it?

No wire trimming needed. You just run them behind the license plate bracket and then through a hole in the fender. Stick them back under the clips on the bottom of the fender then back through the fender to where they connect behind the brake light. Pretty easy to do and mine at least were maybe a little tight if anything but definitely don't need trimming.

Those are great if you like the stock signals. I went with the Alloy Art signals. They completely disappear, and they're brighter than you think they'd be. Surprisingly, they work with my run stop turn module too.
