Ordered a Bowman Welding Sissy Bar for my Slim..
The one that takes the HD pad. But they made the bar 2 inches shorter off the fender and laid it back 2 extra degrees for me.
Can't wait to get it. Anyone have experience with the Bowman bar on their Slim or other bike? How did the install go?

I bought the stock one off eBay and it fits perfect with the stock seat and pillion. Install was easy... Tight fit but it fits like a H-D part.

I've been toying with the idea of ordering one as well. Please post pics when you get it installed.

I have one on my sporty
Cant say enough good things about the quality. It is a VERY tight fit. make sure you use some baby shampoo to grease up the sides when you put it on or you may damage your fender.
that's all in the excellent instructions they provide

Don't forget to give
Twisted Steel Fabrication a look also. Bruce Riley puts out some killer custom sissy bars. One of a kind. Unique, so to speak.
Got one on my bike.
