Default Progressive springs?

I will be removing the forks to replace seals and since the forks will be disassembled, will it be worth the $70 or so to replace the stock springs with the stock length Progressive springs? Bike is a 2006 FLSTC.

Can't speak for your bike, but the Progressives were a big improvement over stock.
