EDIT: Thread updated, new pics at bottom of post.

So long story short, I found out that instead of making a custom welded tab like johnnycondo did, you could purchase a new top plate (Part # 60900001) to replace the factory one currently installed on your bike which is (Part # 60900003 - fyi, HD has the wrong part number for the Breakout Top Plate listed in its system, trust me when I say you do NOT have 60900001 installed on your bike like their parts catalog/online catalogs would suggest, you have 60900003 installed on your Breakout). So if you want to do this mod, order Part # 60900001 and you'll be good to go.

I also had to return the console to Surdyke as the powder coating had imperfections around the HD emblem but they did right and send me a new one in perfect condition..

As for the fender light, I'm still waiting to install it because it doesn't work as a running light as they suggested in their video and pics, it only works as a brake and turning signal light.

 

I like it if it can be made to work!

 

What about a CVO console? You could powdercoat it. I'm sure it's expensive but it looks bada$$.

The mounting hole under the seat that hold the console to the frame. It doesn't align.

i think it will look good if you get it to fit right.
but i am biased as it is one of the things i like about the blackline...... having said that i cant help but wonder if we blackline owners can mount a speedo the same way as harley charlie, i like the stance of your bike!

 

You definitely could, you would need a standard top tree without the holes for the speedo. Then the risers with the built in mount. These come on the Breakout, CVO Breakout and CVO Deluxe. All 3 are different heights.
