Default seat options vs fender angle.

When I installed my RSD rear fender it looks great and obviously sits closer to the wheel but this makes my seat options very narrow actually only one I know of. The original softail fender comes up higher so angle of the back of the seat pan is greater than the RSD fender/seat. I was looking at the sportster seat and it has lower angle has anyone tried to see if it works with the RSD fender on a softie. I realize some brackets may need to be moved or changed. I am trying to replace the RSD seat and need to see if anyone has tried any other options. Besides getting a $700 custom seat my next option is to take seat pan on the RSD kit apart and add a couple inches of fiberglass to make it wider for more comfort and longer to fill in area in front between tank and seat. If I do this I'll have to refoam and recover seat. There has got to be another seat out there that will work.

Dont know the answer unfortunately, but I came across this site today which may help if you want to wade through it, either for this or any other problems you might have in the future.
