Since our last really nice ride Wednesday, it's been monsoon season in Texas, like we need more rain. So, I haven't done anything.

I've thought seriously about getting that LED under the fender light strip from Chrome Glow. I just need to figure out how to get my rear wheel off the ground, so I can get my hand under and inside the fender.

My bike is in the garage for the winter and hooked up to my battery tender because the temps have been staying at below freezing and in the teens and lower. I really don't care to ride on ice and snow so just patiently waiting until Spring time.

The roads have too much salt and sand residue to ride any more this year, BOO HOO.
I added Starbrite Enzyme fuel additive and topped off the tank, plugged in the tender and sadly said goodnight. It's going to be a long winter's nap for the Slim, but thanks to a heated garage I'll be enjoying a few beers there.

Remembered why I live in Miami and deal with the down sides.

Took a ride early this morning to catch the good light and shoot a few pics in the South Beach area. 72 and sunny, that's nice.

Meant to stop for a pic, like Joe ^, but it was 24* when I left the house this morning.

As per usual, I will ride through this winter as a reminder to cagers that bikes may not be everywhere, but that 1%

I will be doing the same, as I always done, albeit, the last few years with the help of a heated jacket liner.

I got my Chrome Glow rear fender LED light strip today BUT removing the fender reflector is a problem. No, I'm not taking the fender off just to remove it. I just need to put some effort into it. And I have 3 more days off to do it.
