What did you do to Your Softail Today?

I installed a new battery after I soldered the connections and verified operation at the switch. Worked great so I drilled the hole and installed it. It wasn't working so I flipped the console over so everything was exposed and pressed the switch and it worked. Flipped it back over and it didn't work. Just a weak signal I suppose. Perfect example of my screen name.

Not a kit. True Value Hardware parts.
I bought a 1-1\4 inch long bolt and cut the head off. Locktite 1/2 inch of the bolt into the blinker. Slide the Black spacer over the bolt. Remove the bolt on the bike. Insert the blinker/spacer/bolt and hand tighten. The black nylon spacer will compress and keep everything in place. Drill a hole for the wire and install the grommet to protect the wire. Insert the wire and route to plug under front of the tank.
Repeat for the other side
Easy and part are less than a couple of bucks.
