Default Removing Frame Horn help

I can't seem to loosen my stock frame horn bolts. I've already bent 2 sockets & have practically stripped one of the bolts. Anyone else run into this? Advice?

Not exactly sure which bolts you mean but can you get a torch in there to heat it up a little? That usualy helps.

The chrome pieces that hold the rear fender on...a torch would ruin the chrome.

They make a product that freezes the bolt by spraying super cold air out of an aerosol can this shrinks the metal and works just like heating it would (opposite effect but same principal) and won't hurt chrome although I can't imagine why you wouldn't want to powder coat them black once you got them off.

I've got a black & chrome set but haven't made up my mind yet. Does a typical auto store carry that freeze stuff (autozone, napa, etc.).

There's a product called "mouse milk" that I used on stubborn bolts. Worked like a charm each time. If you have any aircraft supply shops around they usually carry it.

Yes AutoZone carries it. I can't remember the name exactly but you will know when you see it.

I've used this with success on stubborn bolts also. Most auto parts stores carry it, Home Depot, etc.
