Looks like it uses the passenger peg mounts? Can you use them and keep the rear pegs?

Pipes stacked (together) measure 5 1/8". Each one of the pipes are 2.5" OD. The top is about 1/4" from the Lindbar, the bottom maybe 1/16th. HTH.

Something I noticed in Rocker_Dan's picture above... his is the second set-up I've seen now with cholos and the Lindbars are opposite of how I have mine mounted. I mounted mine identical to the pictures on the Lindby site. After I saw the first picture, I took mine off and reversed them and could NOT get them to fit. They fit around the pipes, but I could not get the bolts/holes to line up enough to get them mounted. I thought about reaming out the bolt holes a bit to allow for adjustability and think that regardless of how they are mounted, if you reamed the bolt holes it would allow for slight adjustability enough to keep the Lindbars off the pipes.

Yzergod,
Thanks for taking the time to post all the pictures. Another case of a supplier saying something wont fit when it fact will.

You sir are welcome! I appreciate the acknowledgment. My pleasure to help.

I did clean the whitewalls and wax the **** out of it today after noticing the layer of dust on the pipes in that photo. As I did, it occurred to me that I never even bothered to check if the Lindbars would fit with the V&H pipes. I'm sure I've seen pictures of them on other bikes. I also didn't put any thought into if the pipes would rub or rattle making contact. But, I haven't had a single problem with them. I did have to take the rear pegs off, but I put the Lindbars on for protection. With the front crash bar and these Lindbars, the bike should fair well when it gets dropped on it's side.
