Anybody running the Lindby rear Linbars on a Heritage Classic with Vance and Hines Long Big Shots?

 

Close... except the rear Lindbars are on a Deluxe and the pipes are V&H Long Shots.

 

How much clearance do you have with the Long Shots?

 

I was wanting to install them but everything I can find says it will not work with 2.5" pipes V&H long shot bigs are 2.5

 

The heat shrouds on big shot longs are 2.5" I called lindby this morning and was told now way not enough clearance

 

Well the one side should fit, may order a set and see what needs to be modified to make the exhaust side fit.

 

Was tight, but it fit. Not sure the difference between the Long Shots & the Long Big Shots.i can snap a pic or two tomorrow if you want...

 

Pictures would be great. Also your pipe size and clearances to Lindby bars would be helpful.

Sure looks like it to me also. I wonder if they touch if so that could be a problem with rattling and heat transfer. His photo doesn't have a good shot.
