i'm almost positive that's what he said. maybe i misheard him though. maybe he'll chime in here and let us know.

 

You might also consider that the stock 8" rim is not considered wide enough to run a 280 tire. If I sell a wheel with a 280 on it is an 18x10. Do what you like, just a thought on what is recommended by tire and wheel manufacturers.

 

Dyna Beads work great. That was one of the first things I did on this bike. It seems like I had about 100 wheel weights beetween front and rear.

I'd like to at least go to a 260, just wanna be sure she'll fit, this rim set is made to order so I have about 6 weeks or more to find out for sure if the 260 will fit my 2014 breakout nicely.

are there alternatives? yes. are they any better priced? no. hahaha. i've been eyeballing this one from joke machine, but i'm perfectly happy with my daymaker for now.

I just don't see anyone getting much more than a 250 under there.. But 24v, that 250 sure does fill it out nicely.
