Heartland EZ200 alternative
The Heartland EZ200 has everything I'm looking for. Clean lines, chrome struts and removable passenger seat. However I don't have the $3000+ that Heartland are looking for! Plus I am in the UK so it would be more like $4000.
Does anyone have suggestions and photos for an alternative. It needs to be able to take a passenger. I have a 2011 Fat Boy.
Thanks.

Have you looked at Shadetree? There is a vid at the bottom of the page on how to install his rear fender, drilling no holes in the softail frame:

I have not seen this in person, nor do I have any connection, just looks like a great product to me.
There is another similar product out there, I can't remember the name at the moment.

RSD...the struts are plenty strong enough to carry a passenger if you wanted to. i wanted a heartland too, but wasn't willing to spend that much! Im very happy with my RSD tracker kit! but I'm slammed as low as i could go and don't carry a passenger, if you want to there's suction cup seats and other options out there

Thanks guys, I will follow up on your suggestions.
Adrenaline Rush, your setup is the look that I'm after. Do you have any photos of where the seat meets the tank. I'm put off by the gap buy yours looks Ok from the angle I've seen. Did you use a different tank bib?
Also, I see from your other messages you had to do some mods with it 2" lowered. Do you think lowering by 1" will avoid the issues and still be Ok with a passenger?
Thanks.
