Default BIG Thanks to Jason and Legend Suspension

Hey everyone. Just wanted to give an update on my Legend suspension saga.
For those who haven't read about what I have been dealing with this last year you can check out my previous thread:

So...after finally getting a stock pair of shocks (Thank you mac1313) I was able to get my unit sent back to Legend. When I spoke with Jason before sending them in he said they had the parts ready and would get my unit rebuilt as soon as they got it.

They got the shocks on Monday July 14th and on Tuesday July 15th I received an email with my tracking # for my shocks. One day turn around is amazing.

So this last monday July 23rd I had a big box from Legend waiting for me when I got home.

And to my surprise......................................it was this:



THEY SENT ME A BRAND NEW SET. Thats what I call standing behind your product.

It's not everyday I get to say something nice about a company so I wanted to make sure that I took this opportunity.

Glad to hear you got the good customer svc you deserve when u spend that kind of $$$!

Well, that was the whole issue from the start. The shocks came on the bike when I bought it used last year and they originally weren't going to warranty anything because I wasn't the original owner. If I had bought them new and had this many issues it would have been a whole different story.

Those guys at Legend are top notch and their products are fantastic. I would recommend them to everyone. As in, if you don't have a Legend air ride suspension, then tear yours off and get one. Hahahhahaha!

I have an l3 system on my deluxe and I love it! Top notch quality!!
