Full face helmet

This is what I have and I like it a lot. It is a bit loud, but that is because they leave a lot of room around the ears- which I like. I put ear plugs in anyway. Actually drummer ear plugs because they allow the low frequencies in and the high frequencies are filtered. The air flow is pretty good as well. As others have said, though, fit is the most important. I couldn't fit in the Arai and many others. All due to head shape.

You could go with the Bitwell Gringo. Nice lid for the price for sure, and some cool colors.
But the Bullitt really is a great lid.
I tried the Gringo for a while and felt really enclosed and the eye port was too narrow for visibility I like in the city.
The Bullitt feels like you are riding with a 3/4, great visibility and venting. Incredibly lightweight too.
I find it worth the 400 bones, but YMMV.

+1 Different helmets fit different shaped heads. And go for as light as you can afford. If it isn't comfortable, you're not going to like it. I have a matte black Scorpion EX0-1000. Fits good, looks good, was cheap, but it's too damn heavy. If I had the money, I'd get an Arai or Shoei.
Disclaimer. I only wear it when riding my sport bike. I wear a beanie when riding my Harley even though I should know better. Met a guy who had a low speed crash who busted up his face pretty bad. Imagine dragging your face on the pavement for a few hundred yards.

Have a modular black scorpion exo900.
IIt is worth its costs. The only negative point (imo) is the wind noise when driving over 100 km/h.
I had once to get support from Scorpion US (I broque a pièce of the modular articulation by my fault), Scorpion was very reactive and sent one spare to Switzerland free of charge !
I rarely saw this level of customer service and this is worth gold to me !
