Default "SoCal Gangster" inspired Deuce (sneak peak)

Well fellas, I suppose I'll leak a few pics of the new bike I've been working on.
I picked it up in March... a bone stock 2003 Deuce with only 1300miles.

I wanted to do a cholo / socal gangster style softail, but keep my own flavor so I chose the Deuce because of its slightly longer wheelbase, wider rear end, longer tank & backbone. I felt it would give the bike an extra long look to it. A real sled... especially with the 39" cholo pipes.

So... here are a couple pix.... no more until it's done!!! Hope ya dig it!!

Working on the rear fender.. 2007+ Fatboy, stretched 8 inches. Fully shaved / smoothed, frenched plate box.

Heritage front fender, shaved & smoothed... had it in first primer and decided it needed a stretch as well to match the rear. 3" of stretch. Shown here during mockup.

Shown here is the rear fender in first primer.... yes, it's ALOT of fender, but trust me when I say it looks way better when the pipes are on, as well as the rear fender struts!!

When the bike is done it will be painted gloss black... no fancy ****, just black. Tank will be debadged and lifted about 3" or so in the front....
Hope you guys dig it....

Thanks, not much at all.... it's the correct width, for starters. (only 2007 & up FB, earlier are skinny) ECU mounts are all correct, frame strut mounts are fine... I had to drill two more extra holes for the deuce fender strut bosses. I also had to plug the rear seat mount hole, and put a new one about a half inch farther down. So yea, not too bad at all. All my time went into the stretch, and plate pocket.
