Default 2010 Fat Boy Lo Value

What would you pay for a 2010 Fat Boy Lo with only 2400? Found one for sale local & my uncle is interested in it but doesn't want to pay more than it's worth. He's looking for a good deal. It's garage kept & really clean. Has V&H Pipes & everything has been powder coated already.

It's all stock other that the pipes, air cleaner and all the powder coated parts. He's asking $13K but would take $12K for it.

I just bought an '11 Lo for $14K, so that sounds like a good deal to me.

Just bought a '13 Lo with 354 miles on it and $2k in add-ons for $14135.

I'd say $11k to $12k tops.
