Default Calling all springer owners: need some help.

So, looked at a 07 springer today. After riding an 05 last week, the 07 today, I noticed a difference in ride. Today felt werd, like Iit wanted to turn hard to the left, and was harder turning the other way.the 05 last week, was cake to ride,I loved it. Today was not a struggle, but more awkward. It has 16k miles, and the front has never been serviced. The springer did not squeak, though.
One question I have is, could there be something terribly wrong with the front end, besides, needing routine service? I would like to buy the bike, but it is going to need some TLC. Any advice?
Thanks!

That certainly doesn't sound right to me, but I'll let those with more experience in those matters reply to your post, rather than me posting a guess. I do know that my current Springer turns just the same way and just as easily as my previous Fat Boy.

The first thing after looking the obvious, the front wheel bearings, is the rear wheel axle isn't adjusted straight.

How did the tire look? One way I know I'm ready for a new front tire is when it pulls to the left from crowned road wear.

The rear tire was shot. I was afraid to ride any length on it, 1. Because of wet roads 2. It was in desperate need of being changed. Front tree didn't look so bad, still had grooves. It just acted strange, then once I head it had never been serviced, realized, that's probably why.
