Default Michelin Commander II vs Metzler ME 888

Is there anybody that has had the chance to run both tires? I've been pretty happy with the Commander II's which I've had on the bike for about the last 13 or 14 thousand miles but I'm wondering if I should wait for the 200 size ME 888 to come out and try that instead. I've had Metzlers before, a set of ME 880's on a Fatbob, and I remember them handling well but not lasting that long. The new ME 888 seems like it might handle well but provide the longer wear I've been looking for.
