I recently changed wheels on my fatboy, they do have the abs bearings
now the abs stays flashing at all times. I do remember pulling the front brake
while the wheel was off on accident, could it be that I may have tripped it?

 

Probably the problem. If any air entered the system that could cause it. You can try to vacuum bleed them or take it to the dealer so they can hook it up to the digital tech and bleed and reset the ABS system.
