Default chin spoiler/brand new $60

I got this with a bunch of parts I bought in a bulk load. It appears to have never been installed but there are 2 areas on the mounting plate where the 2 bolts come through that have been ground I do not know why. My night train has the same one and it is identical that is how I know the 2 areas in question are not a problem it is also why the price is low as these are not made anymore through harley. Black paint is flawless. Asking $60 +shipping.

Where in NY are you ?
Just curious if you are within a ride to take a look at.
If it will fit my 07 Night Train ...I'm interested.

The part number that is stated on the instruction sheet is not the same number I'm coming up with out of the HD catalog (57040-08DH) that will fit my bike even though the description on the instruction sheet states that it fits 2000 and later Softails. I have the chrome regulator cover installed and if the spoiler would fit ...from what I can tell is that the cover would have to be removed. So I figured I could possibly replace the regulator with a chrome version that would look real nice with a black spoiler but there apparently isn't a chrome version that fits my bike ...every other year other than mine.

Default Spoiler

I might be wrong but I believe this will fit 2000 model year only. 2001 and later have the oval voltage regulator. I had one and it would not fit my 03.
