Not sure. This is what I found.
Fitment: Fits 07-later FLSTC and FXSB models equipped with Staggered Shorty Dual exhaust. Installation requires separate purchase of 3.25” End Caps and Muffler Clamps P/N 65296-95A (Qty. 2).
