- stock hand levers

- stock headlight stuff that goes behind the actual headlight
- stock license plate holder
- chrome handlebar risers

Yes, it's a HD.
I'll measure it for you. It's not the super tall one, but not the short one either. I'm at work right now.
I believe everything's there... it's super easy to get on and off the bike.
What's the lip? Nothing's defective, there's a scrape at the very top of the windshield, hard to notice, but it's in that one picture.
