New to the Heritage Softail Page
My Heritage Story:
Last Fall, I decided to trade-in my Kick-*** Road King; thinking that I needed something new!
So I traded off the RK for a 2015 Road Glide Special last September.... probably a bad move.
A great bike, nice looks and good power - SE A/C and Fullsac exhaust for great tone and performance.
After about 10 months, I realized I wasn't enjoying this new ride as much, and only put on about 4,000 mi.
Well, after trying to sell her on Craigslist with no luck, I found a small town dealership and made a killer deal.
In August, the guy gave me this beautiful, 2008 Heritage Softail and a pile of ca$h for my 2015 RGS; overall
cutting my Harley debt in half and lowering my payments even more!!
The bike was still set-up stock, with no other mods or even exhaust added, and had very low miles.
I would take this beautiful bike and make some changes and build the motor... you know, make it mine!
I just got done re-building the motor and am set to get her tuned in 3 days; I can't wait!!
It's a 103"+ build, with solid head work, custom 580 lift cams, S&S A/C and Bassani RRII exhaust!
It's great to be here, and there are a sh#t-ton of gorgeous FLSTC's on this board!! thanks for sharing!
Here she is... only got a couple decent pics right now - A modern build with that classic, retro styling!
