You must have gotten the last seat.. I got the "it will be a bit" when i enquired about getting one.. Like to hear what you think about it on long rides..
will do on seat report. so far it is extremely comfortable. no six hour rides yet, but based on experience, i think it is an all day seat.
sorry about the wait for you.
ETA; I am 63 and have arthritis and it is still very comfortable. good back support, too.

I found a new wide vintage for under 300 (lucked out)
A few 4 hour days and my tail end is loving it.. had to buy some bags so the seat looked right (wide )( wide )
Yeah that's probably true, I seem to see less and less springers each year. I guess the younger crowd just doesn't understand the coolness of a springer
Struggling with handlebar ideas. I don't like apes, and my T-Bars just don't quite have enough reach. I'd like them back another inch or two. Any great ideas out there? In the past I've always done the wid1's bars.
What's up Pat.Ain't seen you around for a while. Hope your cured.
I've got the stock FX springer bars on all the bikes now. They work great for my shoulder.I use 6" risers.
